The parable of the doctor and his patients in A&E revisited for the blind and the deaf anglophones.

There was a doctor who suddenly saw an increase in patient numbers some crying for help while orders only complained of their symptoms. He went on to examine those crying and within hours 3 of those not crying collapse and 2 pass away.

After a day he lost 7 patients who were not crying but none of those crying.

Who was in need of immediate help?
